Refund Policy
You and Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited (henceforth referred to as "Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited," "we," or "us") are parties to this agreement. Please read these terms (collectively, this "Agreement") in conjunction with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines and policies made available or published on the Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited platform or mobile application. Notably, this includes any usage guidelines or rules listed on any page, help page, or other informative page on the Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited website or mobile application. The aforementioned terms and conditions are available for your evaluation and comprehension of how we manage your personal information on the Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited website and/or mobile application. Every time you visit, browse, register, or use your Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited Subscription, you accept the terms of this Agreement.
PACKAGES AND REFUND POLICY
Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited will introduce the subscription plans (also known as the "Subscription Service") when the time is right. This would be a customized subscription that would be unique to each of your qualifying exams and would provide, advise, and assist you with Counselling guidance and expertise (henceforth referred to as "Counselling Content"). You can subscribe to any category from the available subscription options ("Subscription") in order to access the Counselling content via the Doctor Neet website or Doctor Neet mobile application.
For the duration of the subscription period, you will have access to all of the "Counselling content" for your qualifying exam. You may only use the subscription with the assistance of a parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of eighteen (18) or the age of majority in your state. We feature content that is personalized and tailored to you as part of our subscriptions. This includes recommending external content that falls into the subscribed category and other relevant categories that you might find interesting. In order to enhance your subscription experience, we also work hard to develop subscriptions and subscription plans on a constant basis.
For a restricted amount of time during the subscription period, the subscription enables you to access the Counselling content on the Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited Platform in the subscribed category. Depending on what the subscription package specifies, the subscriptions may be restricted to one or more devices. By selecting the devices, clicking the Subscribe option, and paying the necessary amount for the subscription plan of your choice, you can subscribe to the category of your choice. You must utilize a personal computer, mobile device, portable media player, or any other device that satisfies the system and compatibility requirements (a "compatible device") in order to access the counseling content. The list of compatible devices is subject to change at any time, and in certain situations, a device's status as a compatible device depends on software or systems that are either maintained or supplied by the maker of the device or by other third parties. As such, devices that are Compatible Devices now might not be Compatible Devices tomorrow. In order to utilize the Subscription Service, please ensure that the device you use is compatible with our software and system.
Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited grants you a limited license to access and view the Counselling Content for personal, non-commercial, private use only during the applicable Subscription Period, subject to your compliance with all terms of this Agreement, payment of the Subscription fee, and other conditions as specified in this agreement. Upon the conclusion of the Subscription Period or in compliance with any restriction specified in this Agreement, we reserve the right to automatically terminate your access to the Counselling Content on your Compatible Device.
Except as allowed by this Agreement, you are not allowed to: (i) transfer, copy, or display the counselling content; (ii) sell, rent, lease, distribute, or broadcast any rights to the counselling content; (iii) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the counselling content; (iv) try to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise get around any content protection systems, including digital rights management, that are used as part of the subscription; or (v) use the counselling content or subscription for any unlawful or commercial purpose.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
1. Modification of Packages
Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited retains the right, at any time and without prior notice (apart from when required by applicable law), to alter, suspend, or terminate the Subscription Service or any portion of it. Should Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited exercise these rights, you will not be held responsible by Doctor Neet, even if the modification affects your ability to use Counselling Content.
2. Refund
Before paying the required money for the subscription plan of your choice, users are recommended to confirm the subscription plans, exam category, device selection, and so on. Each subscription plan includes a description of the "Counselling Content". There will be no returns once a subscription plan has been selected and payment has been made in line with the plan. There are no exemptions to this policy. Once made, the payment cannot be revoked under any circumstances.
We will check for multiple payments and payment failures.
Once we verify the refund request, we will credit the return to the original payment method within 6-7 working days.
3. Amendment
Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited retains the right to update the terms of the Subscription Service and post the updated terms on this page at any time. Your continuing use of the Subscription Service after any modifications will be deemed your acceptance of such changes, to the greatest extent allowed by law.
4. Reservation of Rights Waiver
The Counselling Content and the Subscription Service are examples of legally protected intellectual property. No right of ours will be waived by us if we do not insist on or enforce your full compliance with the Agreement.
5. Condition of Uses
The governing legislation, the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of responsibility, any binding arbitration clause, and any other provisions of the Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited Terms of Use apply to any dispute or claim arising out of or pertaining to this Agreement or the Subscription Service. By accessing the Subscription Service, you accept those conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Without limiting the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability in the Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited Terms of Use, our entire liability to you for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Subscription Service shall not exceed INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred) or 50% of the amount paid for the Subscription Plan, whichever is lower; and under no circumstances shall our entire liability to you for any damages resulting from your use of the Counselling Content, the Subscription Service, or any information, materials included on or otherwise made available to you through the Subscription Service exceed INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred) or 50% of the payment made for the Subscription Plan, whichever is lower. Even if the remedies' primary goal is not achieved, you will still be subject to the limits in this section.

8. Severability
This Agreement's terms and conditions shall be regarded severable and shall not impact the validity and enforceability of any other terms or conditions, in the event that any of the terms and conditions are found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason.
REFUNDS OF VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION
Users will voluntarily contribute to Doctor Neet up until the launch of the subscription options. The voluntary contributions obtained in this way will not be applied to any services that Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited has provided or will offer in the future. The voluntary donations are not covered by the refund policy, and Omnilytics Technologies OPC Private Limited will not entertain any claims regarding the provision of services, access to subscription plans, or refunds of any kind for the voluntary contributions that have been received.
